Sumner Wild Goose Festival

We would like to warmly welcome you to the Sumner Wild Goose Festival this year.  The town will be filled with fun and exciting events worth “Quacking” about!!   This event draws families from all of the United States as well as local residents.  We are expecting a large crowd this year and hope you will be able to share it its success.

Upon receiving your payment for the booth, I will send your booth prior to the event. All spaces will be clearly marked the evening before the event. Upon arriving, find your # and set up. Vendors may choose to setup Friday, October 24th and Saturday, October 25 at no additional charge. There is no security offered if you choose to setup on Friday. You can leave when you want on Saturday; it is recommended that the food vendors stay through the supper hour Saturday.

          BOOTH SETUP IS 9am to 10AM SATURDAY

Vendors must pay for all space utilized, whether for selling or storage.  Storage must be covered under tables or out of sight.  Selling from trailers or vehicles can be done in West Block.

Electricity is very limited.  Vendors must supply their own extension cords, tables and chairs.  Extension cords should be 100' in length and 12 gauge.  110/30 amp, no 220 available.  As a suggestion, since Fall weather is unpredictable, a tented cover is recommended but not required.  There is no refunds for inclement weather.

Convenient parking for the vendors will be north of Sportsman Inn Tavern in the lot with the Green Shed.  We do asked that all vendors move their vehicles by 9am to help patrons of the festival enjoy shopping and watching the parade.  If you need to have a vehicle for your booth, you should note this on your form.
